An Awareness Programme on “The Challenges of Publication of a Research” was conducted in two sessions on 05 th and 26 th April 2024, at Aquinas College of Higher Studies in the presence of the Very Rev. Dr. Sylvester Ranasinghe, Rector / Vice Chancellor, Aquinas College of Higher Studies. Dr. Roshan Thotagamuge, Senior Lecturer, Department of Nano Science Technology, Faculty of Technology, Wayamba University of Lanka led this programme. The academics of the college were enthusiastically present at this event. The Resource Person of the occasion, Dr. Roshan, delivered his presentation, drawing close connections with the overall theme. He clearly explained the significance of research publications. He went on to discuss the obstacles to publishing a research article and how to overcome them. The current examples he used to explain the topic made his speech interesting, inspiring, and enlightening. The sessions ended granting a thorough knowledge on research publication to the participants.
